Rescuing a horse won’t change the world, but it will change that horses world forever.
I encourage an exploration of whole foods rather than strict adherence to calorie counting or fad diets. This means advocating for fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins while helping clients discover new flavors and cooking methods that fit their tastes.

In 2021 I took the crazy leap and rescued a wild big chestnut gelding. Some where along the way he had grown a fear of humans (I assume he was mistreated). The challenge of winning his trust has been far from easy. This horse also gave me a purpose when I was lost. He saved me just as much as, I saved him.

Maisie stumbled across my path in 2023 when I wasn’t looking for another horse, but couldn’t say no. Instantly I knew this mare was not happy in her mind or body, I didn’t even know where to start. She has been an utter mystery to a lot of different equine practitioners. 2 years later and she is connecting with me as her human on her healing journey. Read her full story on the blog page.
