Vervain (Verbena Officinalis): Vervain is our balancing herb. Traditionally used by herbalists as a nervine herb, vervain has a long history of use for horses and other animals experiencing tension, restlessness and stress. It is included to complement the stronger calming herbs while supporting the digestive system and overall nervous-system balance.
How to use:
Mix dry herbs into feed.
Can be brewed like a tea and poured over feed or dispensed using a syringe in emergencies.
Can be increased to twice daily during times of severe stress.
Recommend feeding: 3 weeks on & 1 week off.
Introduce gradually over 3 days.
